* Remove app_timer component from compilation as we now solely use
FreeROTS timer

Allow a loss of precision if the system clock has a lower resolution
than nanoseconds. This is the case for web assembly.

Don't use relative imports like `../foo.h` as those depend on the
relative position of both files. Rather than that use imports relative
to the `src` directory, which explicitly is part of the include
directories.
